PURPOSE: A location based security implementation method in a portable terminal with high mobility is provided to restrict the usage of applications and functions by setting the physical location of a target. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal receives a location based security policy from a location based security policy server(S11). The portable terminal stores the location based security policy(S12). The portable terminal obtains a current location(S13). The portable terminal searches the location based security policy.
