PURPOSE: A traffic light flickering control system at a school zone using wireless communication is provided to induce safety walking by enabling a pedestrian from school to recognize the flickering of a speed limit notification LED traffic light. CONSTITUTION: A flickering unit(102) is placed in a remote place and transmits a traffic light flickering signal to a speed limit notification LED traffic light(104) of a speed limit display board(106-1 to 106-N) installed at a school zone through wireless communication. The speed limit display board informs a pedestrian from school and a driver of a vehicle of a danger signal by turning on the speed limit notification LED traffic signal by the received traffic light flickering signal after respectively receiving the traffic light flickering signal from the flickering unit.
