摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE: A radiation detection device with improved illumination range is provided to obtain the electrical signals corresponding to an observed scene by controlling the potential difference of optical detector terminals. CONSTITUTION: A pixel includes an optical detector(1) and a control circuit(3). An output terminal(8) connected to an analysis circuit(4) is formed in the pixel. A switch(9) connects the optical detector to the output terminal of the pixel. A connection circuit(6,7) separates/connects the control circuit from/to the output terminal of the pixel, and the optical detector. A comparator(10) compares the voltage applied to a capacitive load(5) with a threshold value.</p> |
