SPINNING NOZZLE APPARATUS FOR SPINNING SEA-ISLANDS TYPE FIBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CONJUGATE FIBER BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A sea-island type spinning nozzle apparatus is provided to enhance marketability of a fiber and to obtain a sea-island type conjugate fiber for anti-forgery. CONSTITUTION: A sea-island type spinning nozzle apparatus(100) is able to control the position of two or more island ingredients. The apparatus comprises: a plurality of distribution plates(110) with a space between two layers, a conjugate structure between other two layers, and a multilayer; a plurality of flow channels(120) which helps spinning by passing welded and extruded polymer resin and sending to a spinning nozzle; and a porous plate(130) which is placed on certain flow channels at a point where the polymer resin meet, and selectively blocks a part of the flow channels.
