PURPOSE: An anti-fuse control circuit is provided to implement lower power consumption of a semiconductor integrated circuit by preventing current leakage due to anti-fuse. CONSTITUTION: A first power voltage apply unit(100) selectively applies a first power voltage to an output node in response to a power up signal. A second power voltage supply unit(200) selectively applies a second power voltage to the output node in response to a program signal. A fuse sense enable signal generating unit(310) generates a fuse sense enable signal controlling connection between the output node and anti-fuse in response to the power up signal and the program signal.
