A provider confirms a sales amount, event participation, and a DM exposure number in real time. The consumer information providing server provides consumer information to the operation server. The operation server comprises an advertisement storage unit(100), an exposure participation confirming unit(110), a payment unit(120), a coupon storage unit(130), a template storage unit(140), a contents storage unit(150), an advertisement editing unit(160), and a DM manufacturing unit(170). The provider registers an advertisement to the advertisement storage unit. The exposure participation confirming unit informs the sales amount, the DM exposure number, and the event participation.
