PURPOSE: A pure eco screen is provided to enhance productivity by simplifying processes without a separate maturing process. CONSTITUTION: A pure eco screen contains a dope dyed yarn(10) which is treated with a flame retardant; and an LM yarn(20). A unit dope dyed flame retardant yarn(30) is fabricated by winding the surface of the dope dyed yarn with the LM yarn. A pure eco screen is fabricated by weaving the unit dope dyed flame retardant yarn as a warp and a weft and fusing by thermal treatment. The dope dyed yarn has colors. The dope dyed yarn with 75-3000 deniers is alternately wound with the LM yarn with 20 deniers. |
