PURPOSE: A virtual touch apparatus and method thereof are provided to enable a user to rapidly control electronic apparatuses without using a pointer in a display unit. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional coordinate calculation apparatus(10) extracts the three dimensional coordinate data of a user body. A touch position calculation unit(21) calculates tangent coordinate data using a first and a second space coordinate received from the three dimensional coordinate calculation apparatus A virtual touch processing unit(22) inputs a command code to the main control unit of an electronic apparatus by creating the command code corresponding to the tangent coordinate data. |
