<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill depositing and dispensing machine capable of re-determining a rejected bill. <P>SOLUTION: A bill depositing and dispensing machine includes a conveyance path to convey a bill, a depositing and dispensing port for the bill, a storage to store the bill, a determining part to determine the bill, a collection cassette to stack a normal bill among collected bills, a rejection storage to stack a rejected bill among the collected bills, a sensor to detect a passage of the bill conveyed, and a controller to control the machine. In a collection transaction, the determining part determines the collected bill conveyed from the storage, and the controller, on the basis of a determination result by the determining part, conveys the normal bill to the collection cassette and a collected bill determined as abnormal to the depositing and dispensing port as a possible rejection bill. Then, the controller re-determines the possible rejection bill at the depositing and dispensing port by the determining part. Then, the controller, on the basis of a result of the re-determination, conveys the possible reject bill determined as normal to the collection cassette and the possible reject bill determined as abnormal to the rejection storage as a reject bill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
