<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy stability of thickness measurement by compensating fluctuation of a measurement signal caused by atmospheric fluctuation, such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure. <P>SOLUTION: In a radiographic inspection apparatus for detecting radiation emitted by a radiation source and transmitting a sample with a radiation detector to measure grammage, a temperature sensor and an air pressure sensor are placed near the inspection apparatus, and atmosphere weight operation means for calculating atmosphere weight on the basis of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and air pressure detected by the air pressure sensor is provided.
