<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate case capable of protecting a substrate from vibrations even when installed in an environment in which vibrations are generated (for example, when installed in a vehicle), and capable of reducing a man-hour of assembling. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate case 1 is constituted by assembling a substrate 30 in a state in which a cushioning material 20 is sandwiched against a case 10. The cushioning material 20 is directly molded against the case 10.
