Seat frame structures having different dimensions can be formed from the same member enabling a reduction in labor and manufacturing costs and a reduction in the types of members to be prepared according to the dimensions. A certain component such as a recliner (170) is previously attached to an elongated member (1000) and then a bending step is conducted to integrally form a pair of side frames (110, 120) and an upper frame (130) in the present invention. Therefore, attachment work of the recliner (170) contributes to a reduction in manufacturing cost without incurring labor since the attachment work can be implemented while the elongated member (1000) is substantially flat before conducting the bending step and the pair of side frames (110, 120) and the upper frame (130) can be formed integrally. Moreover, by adjusting the position for conducting the bending step, seat frame structures with different dimensions can be manufactured even if the length of the elongated member is the same before conducting the bending step, thus enabling a reduction in labor and manufacturing cost. |
