EXCESSIVELY-SPRAYED ATOMIZED-PAINT RECYCLING SYSTEM AND METHOD

An excessively-sprayed atomized-paint recycling system comprises an atomized-paint concentration device, an excessively-sprayed atomized-paint recycling device, and an exhaust device that are disposed sequentially along a gas flow direction. The atomized-paint concentration device is disposed at the air supply side of a coating zone (2). The excessively-sprayed atomized-paint recycling device is disposed at the exhaust side of the coating zone (2). The atomized-paint concentration device comprises an air conditioning unit (11) and a composite static pressure chamber (12) connected thereto. The composite static pressure chamber (12) comprises a secondary static pressure chamber enclosed in a primary static pressure chamber, an exhaust end comprising three nested exhaust ports being an inner exhaust port (121) for exhausting a medium-speed gas flow, an intermediate exhaust port (122) for exhausting a low-speed gas flow and an outer exhaust port (123) for exhausting a high-speed gas flow that are disposed sequentially from inside to outside. The excessively-sprayed atomized-paint recycling system can completely solve the problem of the pollution incurred by the excessively-sprayed atomized-paint to the environment, improve the working conditions in the painting room, save energy, and recycle resources. The recycling rate of the excessively-sprayed atomized-paint is up to 81.7%, the quality of the recycled paint is high, the operating cost is low, and the manufacturing cost is decreased. Fully automatic control can be achieved, and the operation is simple and convenient.
