<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator, which reduces an expanded opening amount of sealing members by a move-through action and improves the sealing performance without resulting in a complicated structure or a larger scale of an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator comprises: a housing having an opening extended and formed in a longitudinal direction; a slider moving along the opening and in the longitudinal direction of the housing; a drive means that moves the slider in the longitudinal direction of the housing; a pair of sealing members which is disposed at opposing edges in the opening of the housing and which exhibits dust-proof and drip-proof functions by engaging with each other at the top ends; and move-through members, which are mounted on both sides of the slider with respect to the advancing direction thereof and which move through the pair of sealing members. The move-through member comprises: a move-through section, which moves through the pair of sealing members to push the sealing members in directions to separate from each other; a cover section, which covers an expanded opening formed by the move-through action of the move-through section; and an opening restriction section, which restricts an expanded opening amount of the sealing members when the move-through section moves through the sealing members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
