<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal ring capable of controlling occurrence of a blow-by phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: The seal ring 100 seals an annular gap when pressed against a side surface on the low-pressure side (L) in an annular groove 210 with the fluid pressure by sealing fluid and when pressed against the inner circumferential surface of a shaft hole 310 formed in a housing 300 by expanding a diameter by receiving the force from the inner circumferential surface side. A tapered surface 120 in which the diameter is enlarged toward the high-pressure side (H) is formed between the side surface on the high-pressure side (H) and the inner circumferential surface, and a plurality of grooves 130 to be communicated with the tapered surface 120 from the outer circumferential surface are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
