<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an organic EL panel and a sealing device for an organic EL panel capable of preventing an organic EL element from being damaged during pressure welding, reducing the time required for the pressure welding and hardening, and simplifying arrangement change. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an organic EL panel includes the steps of: applying a filler, a moisture absorbent, a sealing agent, and a fixing agent to a sealing substrate position relative to an element position; aligning an element substrate and the sealing substrate; heating the sealing substrate; defoaming the gas included in the filler and the like; pressure-welding the element substrate and the sealing substrate by a pair of surface plates; making the peripheries of the pressure-welded element substrate and the sealing substrate an atmospheric environment; temporarily fixing the element substrate and the sealing substrate by irradiating the fixing agent with ultraviolet light via a spot-type ultraviolet lamp; and hardening the sealing agent by irradiating the sealing agent with ultraviolet light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
