<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part type ordinary temperature-curable urethane coating film waterproof material composition that can improve leveling properties of the composition and float-preventing properties of a balloon in the second liquid to improve workability. <P>SOLUTION: The two-part type ordinary temperature-curable urethane coating film waterproof material composition comprises: the first liquid containing a urethane prepolymer; and the second liquid containing a polyol compound, a polyamine, a filler, and a wetting and dispersing agent having a hollow object having an average particle diameter of ≥20 μm and ≤100 μm and specific gravity of >0.05 and <0.35, and three or more of hydrophilic groups in one molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
