<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system a control device of which provides an execution instruction of a local function to an information processing device to obtain a piece of information from an information processing device even when the resources of the information processing device is severely limited. <P>SOLUTION: Receiving an access from a mobile terminal 104, an upload service 531, which executes an upload processing corresponding to a printing service selected by the mobile terminal 104, returns an execution request, which includes an instruction character string with which the upload service 531 calls an uploading section 504 which executes a local processing necessary for executing the upload processing, to the mobile terminal 104. The mobile terminal 104 calls the uploading section 504 and executes the local processing based on the instruction character string included in the execution request.
