<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reliable and highly efficient piping by enabling accurate cutting of pipes at their lengths including connection margins (joint margins) when using a pipe joint for connecting and piping the pipes to each other at a pipe connection on the wall face of a building. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe joint storage cover K<SB POS="POST">3</SB>includes a base V<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to be fixed to the wall face W<SB POS="POST">1</SB>.
