OPTICAL SHEET, TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE LAMINATE, AND TOUCH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet having excellent hardness and capable of effectively preventing generation of a curl and preventing changes in retardation, and to provide a transparent conductive laminate including the optical sheet and a touch panel having the transparent conductive laminate.

SOLUTION: The optical sheet includes a retardation film essentially comprising a transparent polymer, a first hard coat layer formed on one surface side of the retardation film, and a second hard coat layer formed on one surface side of the first hard coat layer. The second hard coat layer shows a pencil hardness of 3H or higher while the first hard coat layer shows a pencil hardness lower than that of the second hard coat layer. The second hard coat layer has a thickness of 1 μm or more and 10 μm or less while the first hard coat layer has a thickness 4 times or more and 20 times or less as the thickness of the second hard coat layer.
