<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism to easily grasp articles read by other users and evaluation added by the other users, etc., in electronic newspapers and electronic magazines, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal device 12 identifies an article read by a user on the basis of existence of specific operations such as moving and enlarging to a page of an electronic newspaper and display duration of the article, etc., and receives an input of evaluation and comments to be added to the article by the user. Data showing browsed articles and data showing contents of evaluation/comments are transmitted to a newspaper distribution server device 11 as action data. The newspaper distribution server device 11 performs feedback of pieces of action data collected from a number of newspaper distribution server devices 11 to each user terminal device 12.
