<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond properly to a situation with a number of alarms generated in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A wide-area facility management system comprises: an alarm monitoring terminal 1; and a wide-area facility management device 2. The alarm monitoring terminal 1 includes alarm reporting means for reporting an alarm at a monitoring point to the wide-area facility management device 2. The wide-area facility management device 2 includes: filter point setting means for setting in advance, at every monitoring point, reporting/non-reporting setting information indicating whether the alarm at the monitoring point should be reported or not to an operator in a situation that a number of alarms are generated, that is, a chattering situation; storage means for storing the reporting/non-reporting setting information; and alarm report filtering means for reporting occurence of an alarm to the operator only in the case where the alarm report is determined if it should be reported to the operator based on the reporting/non-reporting setting information when an alarm report at a monitoring point in the chattering situation is received from the alarm monitoring terminal 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
