<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporized fuel processing device that can improve adsorption performance of an adsorbent by driving a cooling means before the start of refueling regardless of the remaining amount of fuel in a fuel tank, and cooling the adsorbent before refueling. <P>SOLUTION: The vaporized fuel processing device 32 includes: a canister 34 that adsorbs vaporized fuel generated in the fuel tank 14 by activated carbon 44, desorbs the adsorbed vaporized fuel and purges it to an engine 12; a heater 53 that heats the activated carbon 44; a cooling fan 55 that cools the activated carbon 44; and an ECU 25 that controls the drive of the heater 53 and the cooling fan 55. A lid opening and closing sensor 59 that detects an opening and closing condition of a fuel lid 20 of a fuel inlet box 18 in a vehicle is provided.
