<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a gap between a throttle shaft 2 and a throttle valve 4 is increased, an axial force is released due to fastening a screw 6, resulting in valve displacement. <P>SOLUTION: As a material of the throttle shaft 2, iron-based metal is used which has a linear expansion coefficient larger than that of the material of an insert plate 5. As a material of the throttle valve 4, aluminum-based metal is used which has a linear expansion coefficient larger than that of the material of the throttle shaft 2. The throttle valve 4 is inserted into a slit hole 3 of the throttle shaft 2 rotatably supported on a throttle body 1. The insert plate 5 is held between the throttle shaft 2 and the throttle valve 4. The throttle valve 4 and the insert plate 5 are fixed to the throttle shaft 2 by fastening the screw 6, to fix the throttle valve 4 and the insert plate 5 to the throttle shaft 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
