An ultraviolet LED nail lamp structure (100) with a narrow light emitting angle and strong illumination, and an LED light source module (20) thereof. The nail lamp structure (100) comprises a shell (10) and an LED light source module (20). The LED light source module (20) is disposed in the shell (10) and is provided with a plurality of ultraviolet LEDs (22), and the light emitting angle of each ultraviolet LED (22) is between 25 degrees and 80 degrees. The ultraviolet LED nail lamp structure (100) improves the illumination, so that a better illumination effect is achieved.
