An objective of the present invention is to obtain, in a liquid-crystal lens resistor film, a desired transmissibility value and a desired resistance value, as well as to smooth out lack of uniformity in resistance rates. A liquid-crystal lens (1) comprises a resistor film (5) and a liquid-crystal layer (6), between a first glass substrate (21) wherein first electrodes (31) and second electrodes (32) are formed and a second glass substrate (22) wherein a third electrode (33) is formed. The second electrodes (32) are positioned with gaps between the second electrodes (32) and the first electrodes (41) with an insulation film (4) interposed in the gaps between the second electrodes (32) and the first electrodes (31). The resistor film (5) includes as a primary constituent either zinc or a zinc compound, and includes as a secondary constituent either aluminum or an aluminum compound of 1-10at% as expressed as Al2O3, as well as magnesium or a magnesium compound of 5-25at% as expressed as MgO.
