<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent for removing radioactive elements capable of easily removing the radioactive elements from polluted water containing the radioactive elements, a manufacturing method therefor, and a usage thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The adsorbent for removing radioactive elements is obtained by: (1) a first immersion step of immersing a fiber molding formed from fiber in a hexacyanoferrate aqueous solution of hexacyanoferric acid, containing salts of alkaline metals in the second to fourth period of the periodic table; and (2) a second immersion step of immersing the fiber molding in an iron ion-containing aqueous solution having iron ions with valence different from the valence of the iron contained in the hexacyanoferrate aqueous solution.
