<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To autonomously change a waiting time until a reception device receives packets which are targets of a matrix without control from outside when the input rate of a packet input to the reception device is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A reception device measures the input rate of a packet to be processed, performs averaging if necessary, and based on the measured or averaged result, changes a waiting time until the reception of packets which are targets of a processing matrix of FEC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
