<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new regeneration method of a thermoplastic resin pipe capable of suitably regenerating an existing pipe even when a vertical shaft selected as a construction starting point exists in a narrow road, and a drum conveyance truck used for the regeneration method of a thermoplastic resin pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In the regeneration method of a thermoplastic resin pipe, for conveying a winding drum 12 around which the thermoplastic resin pipe 100 is wound to the construction starting point, the drum conveyance truck 1 with 700-1,600 mm vehicle width is used.
