<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foam which is formed of a resin composition whose characteristics, such as transferability or mold releasability to a mold, are improved while maintaining mechanical properties, such as rigidity. <P>SOLUTION: The foam is formed of a resin composition composed of a chain olefin resin and a cyclic olefin resin. The chain olefin resin is made of a polymer alloy of a polyethylene resin and a polypropylene resin. The ethylene content of the polyethylene resin is 80 mol% or more based on the whole amount of the polyethylene resin. The content of the cyclic olefin resin is 5-18 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the chain olefin resin. The foam has an expansion ratio of 1.2-40 and a closed cell ratio of 85-98%, and the separating films of expanded cells have an average thickness of 5-50 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
