<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drying efficiency by preventing a failure in moving moist fuel between fluidized beds, in a fluidized bed dryer. <P>SOLUTION: This fluidized bed dryer includes: a drying container 101 having a raw coal supply port 102 and a dried coal discharge port 103; a fluidization vapor supplying section 104 forming a fluidized bed S with the raw coal by supplying the fluidization vapor to a lower section of the drying container 101; a heat transfer tube 106 for heating the raw coal of the fluidized bed S; partitioning plates 114, 115 dividing the fluidized bed S into several parts in the raw coal flowing direction, and provided with raw coal passing openings 116, 117 at the bottom; adjustment plates 121, 122 for adjusting heights (opening areas) of the passing openings 116, 117; a pressure sensor 125a for detecting a pressure P1 at a lower section of the fluidized bed S1, and a control device 126 determining poor passing of the passing opening 116 when the pressure P1 at the bottom of the fluidized bed S1 detected by the pressure sensor 125a becomes higher than a preset certain pressure, and increasing the heights of the passing openings 116, 117 by the adjustment plates 121, 122. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
