<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an electronic apparatus in which the settling period of A/D conversion can be ensured in still picture mode, while minimizing deterioration of an image signal. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device includes a plurality of pixel parts having a photoelectric conversion part for converting incident light into signal charges, a floating diffusion section for storing the signal charges and converting the signal charges into a signal voltage, an analog/digital conversion section for converting the signal voltage into a digital signal, a reset section for discarding the signal charges stored in the floating diffusion section in response to input of a reset pulse, and a reset pulse generation section for generating a first reset pulse having a first Low level in a first mode for converting the signal charges in the pixel parts into signal voltages, respectively, generating a second reset pulse having a second Low level lower than the first Low level in a second mode for adding the signal charges of the plurality of pixels and converting into the signal voltage, and supplying the second reset pulse to the reset section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
