<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guard a structure by dispersing the wave force and impact of any tsunami wave. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling water tank 1 is installed on the coast. A wave force guard structure 2 is installed in the direction in which a tsunami wave comes with respect to the tank 1, in a way to face the tank 1, comprising a dispersion wall 3 of two surfaces.
