The purpose of the present invention is to provide the following: a coating material with dramatically improved pot life; a coating film obtained from said coating material; a solar-cell-module backsheet that includes said coating film; and a solar-cell module. The present invention is a coating material characterized by containing the following: a fluorine-containing polymer that contains a curable functional group; and a block isocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate.
