<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The pulley (1) has a support surface (2) for guiding a wire rope (3) during running on the pulley and comprising a structured mold for enlarging a contact surface between the pulley and the wire rope, where the mold is adapted to the form of an outer surface of the wire rope. The mold comprises projections and/or recesses (4) formed in a rotating direction and/or in the direction of a rotational axis of the pulley.
