<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam-adsorbing material for an adsorption heat pump excellent in adsorption/desorption property and water resistance such as water immersing resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A steam-adsorbing material is constituted by using zeolite containing at least silicon atoms and aluminum atoms and phosphorous atoms in a skeletal structure and in which a skeletal density is ≥12.0 T/1,000 Å<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and ≤16.0 T/1,000 Å<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and contains 0.1 to 15 wt.% of group eleventh metal in a periodic table based on a weight of the zeolite. Bronsted acid sites accelerating hydrolysis reaction of the zeolite are substituted by the group eleventh metal, the bronsted acid sites in the zeolite is reduced, and thereby a water resistance such as water immersing resistance is enhanced, when the group eleventh metal is carried by the zeolite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
