<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fine adjustment of impedance and prevention of crosstalk generation by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Electromagnetic adjustment parts 13b4 protruded toward a multipolar-arranged signal line SCa at positions on both sides of the signal line SCa, are provided to a conductive cover 13 arranged so as to cover the signal line SCa. The electromagnetic adjustment parts 13b4 of the conductive cover 13 is arranged approximately to the signal line SCa, and a distance between the electromagnetic adjustment part 13b4 and the signal line SCa is arbitrarily adjusted. Thereby, a dielectric constant of an insulator substance interposed between the electromagnetic adjustment parts 13b4 and the signal line SCa, that is an impedance, can be adjusted, and high-frequency characteristics can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
