PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING NOVEL AMIDE DERIVATIVE AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which includes, as an active ingredient, a novel low molecular weight compound for inhibiting production of derivative type MMPs, particularly the production of MMP-9, rather than production of constancy type MMP-2, and which is useful as a preventive/therapeutic agent for an autoimmune disease, an inflammatory bowel disease or osteoarthritis.

SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition includes an amide derivative expressed by formula (I), or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.
