<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent act for artificially storing a game ball into a storing device inside a variable winning device. <P>SOLUTION: A Pachinko machine includes the variable winning device and a game control unit. The variable winning device includes the storing device for guiding a game ball in a direction of a specific area by displacement between a first position for storing the game ball and a second position for canceling the storage, and a stored ball detector for detecting the presence or absence of the game ball in the storing device. If the stored ball detector detects the game ball (Yes in S2) when the variable winning device is in an inactive state (Yes in S1), the game control unit performs fraudulent ball discharge processing (S4) for forcedly displacing the storing device to the second position based on the detection, and performs error processing (S3) for at least invalidating functions of the start detector.
