The device has an intermediate gear (1) that is connected to driving gear (2) and a driven gear (3). A cylindrical shaft (7) is provided with an axial bore (19). The intermediate gear is mounted on the axle through a needle bearing (8). The clamping sleeves (17',18') are fixed in axial bore. The front ends (9,10) of cylindrical shaft are coaxially aligned with the outer case (13). The longitudinal slot of the clamping sleeves is disrupted by a transverse slot in the region of front ends of the cylindrical shaft.
