A fireproof waterproof storage box comprises a box body (1) and a box cover (2). The box body (1) and the box cover (2) are of the same composite sandwich structure. An outer shell (6, 7) of the composite sandwich structure is made of an iron plate, a steel plate or an alloy plate, and an inner shell (8, 9) is made of plastic. A fireproof thermal insulation material (10) is placed in a sandwich space between the inner shell and the outer shell, and fireproof thermal insulation paint (12, 13) is coated onto the inner surfaces of the outer shells (6, 7) of the box body (1) and the box cover (2). The fireproof waterproof storage box is characterized by good fireproof waterproof effects, a light weight, compactness, a simple structure, a high space utilization rate and a simple manufacturing process and can be used for storing valuables.
