Disclosed is a network access management method, comprising: when a user terminal is successfully connected to a network access device, searching for pre-stored trust rank information of the user terminal; when the trust rank information of the user terminal is found, judging, according to the trust rank information of the user terminal, whether to trigger a management server to prompt to a manager that the user terminal is successfully connected to the network access device; and when a judging result is yes, sending to the management server a trigger message containing identity information of the user terminal and the trust rank information. Further disclosed is a network access device. By adopting the present invention, the manager can conveniently monitor, in real time, the situation that the user terminal is connected to the network access device.
