The present invention relates to a multi-function headrest structure. The multi-function headrest structure includes: a head part for supporting the user's head, at the bottom surface of which a guide rail protruding a predetermined length therefrom and a sawtooth shaped rack gear are formed; and a neck part disposed on the lower portion of the head part to define a concave groove in a position corresponding to that of the guide rail, wherein the neck part includes a rotatable driving member protruding from a position corresponding to that of the rack gear so as to seat the user's neck. Also, the multi-function headrest structure may include: a frame having a driving path in at least one sidewall therein, wherein the driving path includes an inclined saw tooth spaced apart from the sidewall; and a headrest inserted into the driving path at a position corresponding to the driving path of the frame so as to move along the driving path. |
