<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power selection system that allows a user to learn power supply rates of a plurality of power supply sources to select which of the sources to purchase power from, and thereby allowing the user to use an image forming apparatus with comfort. <P>SOLUTION: A power selection system 1 includes: a supply capability determination unit 116 that determines if the current power supply rate of a power supply source currently being selected has exceeded an upper limit; and a screen generation unit 117 that generates, if the power supply rate has exceeded the upper limit, a screen that allow a user to select a new power supply source to purchase power from, including the current power supply rates of unselected power supply sources. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
