<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization, broadband and multiband of an antenna with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit board 101 comprises: a feeding section 102; a first antenna element 103; a first filter circuit 104; and a short-circuit element 105, thereon.
