<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gripping teeth for tensile testing machine, capable of gripping a test piece by uniform force. <P>SOLUTION: Unprocessed gripping face 2 of a gripper 1 is previously immersed in a liquid tank 4 filled with discharging oil 10 in a state that the gripping face 2 is opposed to discharge metal mold faces 6a, 6b of a conductive electrode metal mold 6 at a predetermined interval, and gripping teeth of a rugged shape corresponding to a rugged shape of the discharge metal mold faces 6a, 6b of the electrode metal mold 6 are transferred to the unprocessed gripping face 2 of the gripper 1 by electric discharge generated between the unprocessed gripping face 2 and the discharge metal mold faces 6a, 6b by applying voltage to the gripper 1 and the electrode metal mold 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
