<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter which has high flexibility of filter characteristics and an electronic apparatus equipped with the noise filter. <P>SOLUTION: A noise filter 200 includes: a metal case 20; an IC 70 housed in the metal case 20; wiring 10 including a metal wire 11 and a dielectric body 12 covering the metal wire 11, the wiring 10 where the metal wire 11 is electrically connected with the IC 70; a capacitor component member 30 which is attached to a surface of the dielectric body 12 at the exterior of the metal case 20, forms a capacitor with the metal wire 11 and the dielectric body 12, is made of a metal; and wiring for a filter 31, 52, 63 which form an inductor and electrically connect the capacitor component member 30 with the metal case 20.
