<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow made of a foamed styrol core material which can hold the head substantially horizontally even when sleeping in any states as changing positions from a supine posture to a side facing posture, and vice versa. <P>SOLUTION: The pillow has a recessed shape that includes: a left end; a center part; and a right end. Upper parts of the right and left ends have dents for suppressing the pressure on ears, stabilizing the head with two point supports.
