<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film inspection device capable of monitoring a meander and a curl of a film, detecting a non-coating defect, occurrence of a poor coating, a coating omission defect generated in an edge part of a coating and also detecting occurrence of wrinkles. <P>SOLUTION: The film inspection device for inspecting a film in the step of coating a coating liquid to a long film, comprises: a first detection part provided immediately behind a coating part, for detecting a first end side and a first coating edge; a second detection part for detecting a second end side and a second coating edge; a position calculation part of the first end side and the first coating edge; a position calculation part of the second end side and the second coating edge; a meander and curl determination part for determining occurrence of a meander or a curl of the film; a coating omission defect determination part for determining a coating omission defect generated at the coating edge; a third detection part and a fourth detection part provided immediately behind a curing treatment unit for performing curing treatment; and a third end side position calculation part and a fourth end side position calculation part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
