<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical card configured to reliably conceal a portion with confidential information recorded thereon, with easy workability, without generating a level difference in the concealed portion. <P>SOLUTION: A card 1 includes: a card body 2 formed by laminating an inkjet ink receiving layer 5, an inkjet recording portion 6, and a protection layer 7 in this order on one surface of a substrate 4; and a concealing label 3 that allows individual information to be recorded on one surface of an opaque substrate 8 and has a pseudo-adhesive layer 9 formed on the other surface of the opaque substrate 8. The protection layer 7 and the pseudo-adhesive layer 9 are separably bonded to each other. The concealing label 3 is stacked so as to cover the entire surface of the receiving layer 5, including the inkjet recording portion 6 which is confidential information, thereby reliably hiding the information. There is no need to position the concealing label for locally hiding the recording portion, resulting in easy manufacture. The concealing label is as large as a card.
